- Ensure that all funds used for property transactions comply with UAE Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability
Xpat Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of commission or fees paid by the client for the specific transaction in question.

8. Governing Law
